Terms & Conditions

Please make sure you are aware of the company’s terms and conditions before you commit to ordering a service from us. The terms and conditions set out our and your legal rights and obligations; and are a subject to be changed/amended prior written notice. As you agree to the quotation we provide you with, you are deemed to accept the following terms and conditions:

  • The client is responsible for obtaining any planning permissions or such local authority applications if needed.
  • The client needs to indicate any underground cables, pipes, boundaries before the work begins. We will not take liability for any losses or future disputes you may have with owners/neighbors.
  • In order for our team to carry out the work there must be appropriate lighting and available water tab.
  • The work will be carried out to a reasonable standard that a person can expect.
  • We may use a sub-contracting company.
  • We reserve the right to cancel appointments if our teams are to be in non health and safety environment.
  • The quote does not include: rock/concrete removal; tree cutting; mines or shafts; removal of shelters; filling of wells. If there are any such requirements please do not hesitate to contact us.
  • The client accepts that she/he will pay the full contact sum and any other costs incurred such as PARKING and congestion charge.
  • The minimum call out time is two hours anything over that will be charged t half hour increments.
  • All payments are due on the day; 50% of the quoted sum when the team arrives and 50% upon completion of the job.
  • Up to 180 Ltrs of garden waste is included in the quoted price. Anything additional will be charged accordingly.
  • Any special/additional materials to be used need to be purchased by customer in advance.
  • Our prices are based on the information provided by you, therefore we have the right to amend the price if the job is to take longer.
  • CASH only.
  • There is a minimum call out time of 2 hours; anything over that will be charged at half hour increments by our hourly rates.
  • Labor carried after 18:00 will be charged at outside of working hours rates.
  • We always try to provide you with the most accurate quotation according to the information you provide us with, however if the circumstances change we will charge you at our hourly rates after the minimum call out time
  • All quotations are valid for 30 days; except from when there are significant changes to the garden or mentioned work to be carried out.
  • We will only carry out the work mentioned in the quotation; anything extra such as supplies/material/labor will be charged separately.
  • Acceptance of the quotation includes accepting the terms and conditions of the contract.
  • If there has been a change to the premises since the quotation was given we keep our right to cancel our services.
  • All times of arrival are estimated.
  • Parking is client’s responsibility
  • We keep our right to charge a fee of £20 if you cancel/change the appointment 24 hours prior to the job.
  • Cancellation is a change in the contract; therefore it can only be done though email or a follow up call with an email.
  • All contracts are subject to change in bad weather conditions.
  • The client is responsible for the access to the garden
  • The client is responsible for access to water and electricity at no additional cost to our company
  • We will not take any liability (structural or accidental) while using machinery, except from improper use.
  • After job maintenance is client responsibility.
  • We shall not be responsible for any unavoidable damage or unforeseeable loss
